Yay for Novell and Boo for SCO

I’ve been itching to blog about this on the site that everyone actually visits (my name) but my host is making like a snail with the fix to the server that I’m hosted on. So, it comes here:

Check out this Groklaw article and follow it up by Jeremy’s blog entry about it. It seems that Judge Dale Kimball has finally ruled in the SCO v. Novell case about patent infringement regarding the Unix operating system. The ruling is in favor of Novell, which we all knew it should be anyways. So, I hope that Darle McBride and his fellow criminals get strung up by the SEC now!
